WHAT IS REFORMER?
Reformer Pilates is a great form of strength, postural, flexibility, balance and endurance training that can be designed to target one specific area or as a whole body muscular exercise.
Workouts consist of controlled, flowing movements, working your muscles through a full range of motion.
Springs, leverage and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements targeting specific muscle groups.
WHAT ARE THE RESULTS?
Training results in increased muscular endurance, better posture, improved core strength, increased flexibility and improved breathing, as well as overall strength.
