Supernatural Smoothie Bowls
One of the biggest breakfast and snack trends at the moment are smoothie bowls, and it’s easy to understand why. You can combine basically any flavors, fruit, or toppings that you could ever desire, customizing it personally for your taste buds. Say goodbye to yoghurt parfaits and cereal in the morning, and hello to these delectable, creamy, cold bowls. You can also enjoy one as a healthy snack, or even as an alternative to ice cream and treat your sweet tooth.
Personally, I have been obsessed with smoothie bowls lately and have yet to try one that I didn’t like. With so many different options, I’m able to fulfil any cravings I might have in a healthier, yet still delicious way. Whether I want a sweet strawberry based bowl or a green kale bowl, the options are endless! And that’s just the smoothie part; you then have to decide what toppings. Granola, chia seeds, almond butter, coconut shavings, cocoa nibs, and so many more. While you can most likely walk down the street and find a store that makes smoothie bowls, they are also super easy and quick to make from home. Delicious and affordable, what could better?
With so many different bowls that can be made, it’s sometimes hard to choose so I’m going to share with you one of my favorite recipes. This is just one of hundreds that can be made, so I urge you to explore and experience with different fruits, flavors, and toppings to find what you like best!
